After thousands of tests at the Outin factory, the time to heat 50ml of water to the temperature (96°C) and extract coffee is 200 seconds at 25°C. However, if the water volume exceeds 50ml, the time will vary accordingly.

Brewing may fail for the following reasons:
The portafilter is not tightened, or the grounds basket filter is not installed properly.
The ground coffee is too fine, causing the grounds basket filter to be blocked and resulting in extraction failure. Please use espresso-grade grounds, then install the grounds basket filter properly and tighten the portafilter.
The grounds need to be really fine to extract a shot of espresso with a rich crema. If the grounds are too coarse, the crema will be less pronounced.
Yes, Outin Nano is compatible with ground coffee and coffee capsules (Nespresso, L’OR, Jacobs, Lavazza, Kimbo, and Cafe Royal). Please press firmly on the coffee capsule for a successful extraction.

Outin offers a 12-month warranty. If there is any problem with the product, including battery issues, within the one-year warranty period, we promise to replace it with a new machine.
